This package includes all the necessary materials mandated by city officials, including specific church documents required during the registration process.

Instructions

Here's how the process works: in this package, we'll include a packet of legal documents that are pre-filled with the information needed from our end. To register as an officiant, you will then need to complete your portion of the application, and mail it with the original documents to the city clerk (or take it into a city marriage office in person).

Please be aware there may be an additional application fee through the clerk's office, and they will keep your original copies. Once you are approved, you may perform the wedding ceremony!
